He noted that the strong demand for the project highlights investors’ confidence in the company’s vision and its ability to deliver a fully integrated real estate development with competitive standards.

El Sewesy added that commencing construction represents a practical implementation of the company’s strategy, which focuses on fast execution and full commitment to clients. He emphasized that SLVR Communities follows a clear investment vision aimed at delivering sustainable and value-driven projects within the Egyptian real estate market.
