Strategic Partnerships Strengthen PLDG Development’s Real Estate Expansion Vision
PLDG Development has announced the signing of a series of strategic agreements with leading engineering and consultancy firms in the Egyptian market, as part of its strategy to enhance design and construction quality across its flagship developments, “New October View” and “White Residence” in Sheikh Zayed City.
The announcement was made during a major ceremony attended by prominent real estate leaders, business partners, clients, and real estate marketing companies. During the event, the company revealed its ambitious investment and expansion strategy for the coming years, while also honoring key partners and top-performing marketing firms.
ACE Moharram.Bakhoum, PDG, and Dreams Join PLDG Development Projects
The newly signed agreements include the appointment of Precision Design Group (PDG) as architectural consultant for the “New October View” project, while Dreams Consulting Engineering will oversee architectural consultancy services for the “White Residence” project.
In addition, ACE Moharram.Bakhoum has been appointed as structural consultant for the “New October View” development, reflecting PLDG Development’s commitment to collaborating with highly experienced technical and engineering partners.
PLDG Development Targets EGP 30bn Investment Portfolio by 2027
According to Mohamed Mady, the agreements align with the company’s long-term vision of delivering high-quality real estate developments through partnerships with reputable engineering and consultancy firms.
Mady stated that execution quality and commitment to international standards remain top priorities for the company. He added that PLDG Development currently manages an investment portfolio worth nearly EGP 8bn and aims to expand it to EGP 30bn by the end of 2027.
He further revealed that the company targets contracted sales of EGP 3bn by the end of 2026, driven by differentiated real estate products and flexible payment systems tailored to customer needs.
Expansion Plans Across North Coast, Red Sea, and West Cairo
Mady noted that the company plans to expand into the North Coast and Red Sea regions while continuing its growth strategy in West Cairo.
He emphasized that PLDG Development’s vision extends beyond traditional real estate development, focusing instead on building integrated communities that deliver long-term value to clients while meeting sustainability and trust standards.
The chairman also highlighted that the company has strengthened its position in Egypt’s real estate market through the successful delivery of multiple residential projects since 2009. He explained that 2014 marked a major turning point for the company, beginning with the construction of dozens of residential buildings in Cairo and Giza before expanding into 6th of October City.
Since then, the company has completed nearly 80 projects and launched its first fully integrated residential compound in the Green Belt area, which was delivered within a record timeframe.
“New October View” Offers Integrated Residential Experience in West Cairo
Gamal Ghoneim stated that the company’s sales and expansion strategy is built on a detailed understanding of customer needs and evolving real estate market trends.
He explained that “New October View” and “White Residence” represent a major qualitative leap in the company’s portfolio in terms of location, planning, and integrated services.
Ghoneim added that PLDG Development focuses on delivering projects with strong investment value through strategic locations, partnerships with major consultancy firms, and flexible payment plans suitable for different customer segments.
He revealed that “New October View” is one of the company’s flagship developments, spanning approximately 25 feddans directly on Ouyoun El Wahat Road near the West Cairo Monorail station.
The project includes around 1,560 residential units ranging from 45 sqm to 130 sqm, alongside a fully integrated set of amenities including a commercial mall, sports club, school, recreational zones, water features, and a mosque.

Meanwhile, Hosny El Hamzawy stated that the company adopts a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at building long-term relationships with clients through projects that combine strategic locations, smart planning, and high construction quality.
He explained that PLDG Development intends to strengthen its market presence through innovative marketing strategies driven by digital transformation and direct engagement with clients and real estate marketing companies.

For his part, Tamer Abdel Aziz stated that the partnership with PLDG Development reflects a clear development-driven vision, emphasizing that the “New October View” project possesses strong planning, location, and service fundamentals that position it among the promising developments in New October City.
He added that PDG’s extensive experience in urban planning and project management makes this collaboration a valuable addition to the company’s portfolio, especially given the project’s strategic location on El Wahat Road near major development corridors in West Cairo.
Similarly, Abdel Aziz Amin noted that the “White Residence” project in Sheikh Zayed aims to provide a modern residential experience inspired by the latest architectural trends within one of the most sought-after locations in Egypt’s real estate market.
Additionally, Khaled El-Hegazy emphasized that the collaboration on “New October View” focuses on implementing the highest standards of construction quality and structural safety.
