The project spans 38 feddans and marks the company’s fourth development in the New Capital and its second project in the R8 district, reinforcing its strong presence in one of the most promising investment zones in Egypt.

LAYAL Residence is located in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital, directly overlooking the Central Axis and in close proximity to the Diplomatic District, giving it a strategic location that enhances both residential and investment value.

The project is designed as a low-density residential community, offering a wide variety of units including apartments, duplexes, townhouses, and twin houses, within an integrated master plan focused on privacy, comfort, and modern lifestyle standards.

Dr. Hamid Al Rgwy said that launching LAYAL Residence reflects the company’s strong confidence in the New Administrative Capital as one of the region’s most important development and investment destinations.

He added that the company was among the early investors in the capital during its initial development phases and continues to expand its presence through strategic partnerships in both the Egyptian and Saudi markets.

He also emphasized that R8 represents a high-value investment area due to its strategic location and proximity to key infrastructure, making it an attractive destination for both residential living and long-term investment.

Modern urban design based on smart city and sustainability principles

Tarek El-Gedawy stated that LAYAL Residence offers strong competitive advantages, including its prime location, diverse unit mix, and low-density planning, in addition to fully integrated services designed to enhance residents’ lifestyle experience.

He explained that the project adopts smart city and sustainability concepts, featuring carefully distributed green spaces, water features, and recreational areas to create a fully integrated residential environment.

Digital marketing strategy targeting local and international buyers

Dina Anwar highlighted that the company implemented a pre-launch marketing strategy aimed at building strong market anticipation before the official release of LAYAL Residence.

The campaign integrated outdoor advertising, digital platforms, and media coverage, helping the project establish a strong early presence in the real estate market.

She also noted that the slogan “Layaly Enty Feha Qamary” was designed to create an emotional connection with customers, reinforcing the project’s identity and benefiting from the established recognition of the “Qamary” brand.

Architectural design focused on sustainability and quality of life

Mohamed Tammam, representative of Archrete, the project’s engineering consultant, said the design of LAYAL Residence is based on a modern urban planning philosophy that balances aesthetics with functionality, while prioritizing open spaces, privacy, and quality of life.

He added that the project incorporates smart city and sustainability principles, with planned green landscapes, lagoons, and recreational amenities to enhance the overall residential experience.

Strong financial position supports execution and expansion

Mohamed Amer stated that LAYAL Residence is one of the company’s major residential investments, supported by a strong financial structure that enables continuous project execution and expansion.

He added that the company relies on structured financing strategies and flexible financial management to address rising development costs while maintaining financial sustainability and investor confidence.

Integrated services and four-year delivery timeline

Eng. Amr Hussein, Projects Director at New Event Developments, said the project includes a comprehensive range of facilities such as landscaped green areas, lagoons, a clubhouse, swimming pools, sports zones, jogging tracks, smart security systems, and commercial areas.

He explained that strict quality standards are applied in construction materials and finishing works, supported by value engineering techniques to optimize costs without compromising quality.

He confirmed that LAYAL Residence is designed with building heights of up to eight floors to ensure visual openness and privacy, with project delivery scheduled within four years according to planned timelines.
