Its electrical chillers achieve a high cooling efficiency of 0.6167 kW per ton, while the system’s full N+1 redundancy ensures continuous operation, with at least one chiller always on standby to meet the development’s operational load and international standards.

Beyond that, real-time monitoring through SCADA and the use of variable-speed drives on pumps and fans allow the plant to adapt dynamically to demand, optimizing energy consumption and reducing wear on equipment.
