Free Brokers platform achieves EGP 1bn in Third-Party Sales in Q1 2026, targets EGP 4bn by year-end

Free Brokers

Free Brokers announced that it has exceeded 1,000 sales transactions through its application since launch,

reflecting its success in driving strong sales and supporting growth strategies for real estate brokers.

This milestone highlights the platform’s solid performance and the exclusive advantages it provides,

enabling users to achieve high sales volumes.

Exclusive Advantages for Real Estate Marketers

Ahmed Amer, CEO of Free Brokers, stated that the platform serves as a comprehensive

digital hub, providing access to a wide database of real estate projects alongside qualified leads for brokers.

He added that Free Brokers offers some of the highest commissions in the real estate market, with fast

and clearly scheduled payouts, while equipping brokers with the tools needed to maximize sales for partner

developers.

A Strategic Vision to Redefine Brokers’ Role in the Egyptian Market

Since its launch, the platform has been built on a strategic vision aimed at redefining the role of real estate

brokers in the Egyptian market—from a traditional individual-based model to a more

efficient, data-driven, and digitally enabled approach, enhancing their ability to achieve

strong sales results, Amer noted.

He further explained that the idea of Free Brokers, conceived in 2023 and officially launched in

June 2024, was a direct response to key challenges facing real estate sales professionals, including

lack of reliable data, unclear working mechanisms, and delayed commission payments.

The application addressed these issues by developing an integrated system supporting brokers

throughout all stages of the sales process.

Growing User Base and Sustained Market Growth

Amer disclosed, “Thanks to the strong advantages offered by Free Brokers, we are seeing a continuous

increase in the number of brokers joining and actively using the platform, demonstrating our success in

reaching the right audience.”

He also highlighted that the platform achieved EGP 3.2bn in third-party sales in 2025, fueled by the

growth of its user base and the expanding range of projects marketed, and aims to reach EGP 4bn

in sales for 2026, having already secured the first EGP 1bn in Q1.

Transparent Operations and Enhanced User Confidence

The application provides an up-to-date database of real estate projects, continuously offering new clients,

along with competitive commissions among the highest in the market. This operates within a fully

transparent system supported by clear legal contracts specifying commission rates and payout

schedules, enhancing user confidence and transaction stability.

“The platform goes beyond facilitating sales—it enhances operational processes across the sector.

Real estate brokers can build and manage sales teams directly within the platform, promoting

professional and structured brokerage models. Data protection is a cornerstone of our growth, with

all broker information securely protected from any third party, fostering trust between the application

and its users,” Amer said.

Expanding Reach and Attracting New Investors

The platform recently saw a significant increase in sales to clients outside Egypt, reflecting its ability to

expand reach and attract new investor segments, particularly amid growing demand for certain real estate

products such as hotel units.

Since its launch, Free Brokers has established a broad geographic presence covering high-demand

areas, from the North Coast to New Cairo, New Capital, and East Cairo cities.

Future Plans to Advance Digital Real Estate Brokerage

The founder of Free Brokers emphasized that the company continues to enhance the platform regularly, both

technologically and operationally, ensuring adaptation to market changes and providing an efficient user

experience.

The next phase will focus on expanding partnerships and increasing transaction volumes to support annual

sales targets, aiming to cement the “digital real estate brokerage” model as a key driver of market growth,

empowering sales teams, improving efficiency, boosting sales rates, and contributing to the long-term

sustainability of the sector.
