This move reflects New Jersey Developments’ forward-looking approach to innovation across the real estate and tourism sectors in Egypt. By partnering with Talé Hotel, the company aims to elevate the operational standards of its hospitality offering within Jura Sokhna.

The collaboration is expected to strengthen the project’s position in the Ain Sokhna real estate market, while increasing its overall investment appeal.

The company organized a special on-site celebration during Sham El-Nessim, allowing clients to experience the project firsthand.

He emphasized that introducing a hotel brand within Jura Sokhna enhances both the project’s value and the attractiveness of the wider Ain Sokhna destination.

He further explained that the company adopts an innovation-driven strategy aimed at delivering flexible and unconventional solutions for clients seeking a blend of investment and leisure real estate experiences.

This vision led to the launch of the Talé Hotel Membership concept, which introduces a new model combining ownership flexibility with hotel-style living.

The Talé Hotel Membership concept allows clients to enjoy a new form of hospitality ownership, offering a serviced experience without traditional operational burdens.

The model enables customers to access a fully serviced hospitality unit within Jura Sokhna, with entry prices starting from EGP 350,000, making it an attractive option in the Egyptian vacation property market.

10-Year Usage Plan with Flexible Payment Options

According to CEO Ahmed El Zahed, the new concept grants customers ownership of one week per year for a duration of 10 years, along with full access to five-star hotel services.

The company also introduced flexible payment plans, starting with a 20% down payment and installment options of up to 3 years, designed to align with evolving market demand for affordable serviced real estate in Egypt.

Strengthening Jura Sokhna’s Market Position

The partnership with Talé Hotel is part of a broader strategy to position Jura Sokhna as a premium mixed-use hospitality destination.
