GEDIX Developments has officially announced its partnership with Archrete Engineering Consultants – winner of the Best 2025 award – to handle the design and engineering consultancy for its new urban development project.
This strategic move aims to reshape the urban landscape concept in Sadat City.
The project is considered one of the largest integrated developments in the city, with initial investments estimated at approximately EGP 6.5 billion.

Dr. Sherif Al-Ghazaly, CEO of GEDIX Developments, reviewed the project’s technical details, explaining that it is being built on a total area of approximately 36 acres in an exceptionally strategic location, situated at the famous “Sadat Square” near the residential entrance, making it the city’s most vibrant and prominent location.
Al-Ghazaly added that the project includes approximately 1,100 diverse units, offering an integrated system that combines housing, services, and investment opportunities, divided into two separate residential communities to ensure exceptional privacy:
Serviced Apartment Compound: Consists of 46 buildings, each containing 20 apartments, with areas ranging from 122 to 205 square meters.
Villa Compound: Includes 62 villas, ranging from standalone units to twin houses, with areas from 214 to 350 square meters.
He emphasized that the goal is not merely to construct buildings but to provide a sustainable living experience that balances nature, comfort, and modern technology to meet the needs of the Egyptian family.
