Salam Properties has officially announced the commencement of work on its new project, “Boyot New Mansoura,” marking a key milestone in the development process as the company begins site preparation activities, including soil testing and excavation works.
Construction activities are expected to accelerate in the coming period, reflecting the company’s commitment to adhering to the project’s scheduled delivery timeline and execution plan.
CEO: start of works marks a major milestone
Ahmed Kassem, Vice Chairman and CEO of Salam Properties, stated that the beginning of on-site works represents a significant milestone in the project’s development journey.
He emphasized that it reflects the company’s strong commitment and its swift transition from the planning phase to real on-ground execution.
He added that “Boyot New Mansoura” is designed as a comprehensive modern living destination, offering a unique residential and investment experience within New Mansoura City.
International partnerships and smart infrastructure
Kassem explained that the project reflects Salam Properties’ vision of delivering a distinctive real estate product that integrates international brands and advanced services within a single development.
He noted that the project includes an exclusive partnership with Hilton Garden Inn for the management and operation of the hotel component, in addition to collaboration with e& Egypt, which is responsible for implementing the project’s smart technology infrastructure.
Project size and sustainable design approach
The project is planned on a total land area of approximately 84,000 square meters, with the majority allocated to green spaces, services, and recreational areas.
The built-up area is expected to not exceed roughly one-quarter of the total land area, ensuring a balanced, sustainable urban environment that enhances quality of life within the development.
Strategic location in New Mansoura City
The project enjoys a prime strategic location in the heart of Phase Two of New Mansoura City, situated on Plot A.
It is the first development with a direct sea view, featuring a 500-meter frontage along the coastline. It is also located near the city’s largest service zone and in close proximity to universities, key facilities, and main road networks, significantly increasing its residential and investment appeal.
A new model for integrated coastal communities
Kassem concluded that Boyot New Mansoura represents a new model for integrated urban communities in modern coastal cities.
He stressed that the project reflects Salam Properties’ commitment to quality, innovation, and strategic global partnerships, contributing to strengthening New Mansoura City’s position as one of Egypt’s leading fourth-generation cities.
