شركة «VOYA development» تنهي بيع المرحلتين الأولى والثانية بمشروع «COY» خلال 4 أيام

أعلنت شركة VOYA development نجاحها في بيع المرحلتين الأولى والثانية بمشروعها الرائد COY خلال 4 أيام فقط، وهو ما يعكس ثقة العملاء في المشروعات العقارية التي تقدمها الشركة، كما يؤكد استمرار الثقة في العقار باعتباره ملاذًا آمنًا للاستثمار.

من جانبه أكد علي جابر، العضو المنتدب للقطاع التجاري بشركة VOYA development، أن تحقيق هذه المبيعات القوية في وقت قياسي من الإطلاق الرسمي للمشروع يأتي في إطار تقديم الشركة لمنتج عقاري تم دراسة جميع تفاصيله بما يضمن وصوله للعميل المستهدف، لافتا إلى أن هذه المبيعات تمثل 45% من المشروع.

وأضاف أن الشركة حرصت على أن يجمع مشروع COY بين التصميم العصري والموقع المتميز والخدمات المتكاملة، وهو ما ساهم في تلبية تطلعات العملاء وتحقيق هذا الإقبال القوي منذ أول أيام الطرح، حيث يستهدف المشروع العملاء الباحثين عن المشروعات السكنية غير التقليدية، موضحًا أن الشركة تخطط لطرح مرحلة جديدة بالمشروع قريبًا.

وأشار إلى أن مشروع COY سكني متكامل يقع في مكان مميز بمدينة الشيخ زايد على مساحة 42 ألف متر مربع، فهو على بعد دقائق من جميع الخدمات الرئيسية التجارية والترفيهية والتعليمية والطبية، وتبلغ النسبة البنائية بالمشروع 20% فقط من إجمالي مساحته والباقي مسطحات خضراء وعناصر مائية.

وأوضح مصطفي محمود، رئيس قطاع المبيعات بالشركة، أنه من المخطط تسليم المشروع خلال 3 سنوات ونصف، وتم التعاقد مع شركة فودافون لتقديم خدمات التكنولوجيا الذكية، كما تم التعاقد مع مكتب حافظ للاستشارات الهندسية ليتولى تصميم المشروع، بالإضافة للتعاقد مع شركة المهندس الاستشارى حسين صبور ليكون الاستشاري التنفيذي للمشروع، مؤكدا أهمية هذه التعاقدات مع كيانات قوية ودورها في تعزيز ثقة العملاء في تميز وجودة المشروع.

وقال: “وسط المنافسة القوية بالسوق العقاري المصري فإن العميل هو الوحيد القادر على الفصل في هذه المنافسة وخاصة مع ما يمتلكه من وعي حقيقي بطبيعة الشركة التي يقوم بالشراء منها، ونوع المنتج العقاري وتفاصيله ومكوناتها، واختيار الأنسب له من الناحية التشغيلية والمالية، لذا فإن تفهمنا لكل هذه العناصر حقق لنا نجاحًا قويًا في وقت قياسي”.
