Rock Developments Opens New Phases in Rock Green and Rock White at New Heliopolis, Launches Rock Expo

Rock Developments has announced the launch of new phases in its Rock Green and Rock White projects in New Heliopolis, following the strong success of previous phases, which witnessed high customer demand and a complete sell-out of the offered units.

Eng. Emad Doss, Managing Director of Rock Developments, revealed that the company is set to launch Rock Expo, a dedicated exhibition showcasing the company’s projects, offering special competitive prices and a selection of premium units. The exhibition is scheduled to take place on 7 February.

 

Doss noted that real estate investment trends are increasingly shifting toward New Heliopolis, driven by its strategic location as a natural extension of Heliopolis and El Shorouk.

Accordingly, Rock Developments was keen to select a prime strategic location for its Rock Green and Rock White projects in New Heliopolis, just one minute from the Suez Road and three minutes from El Shorouk City. He added that New Heliopolis is poised to become a key destination for investors seeking tranquility and a balanced lifestyle.

 

The Managing Director explained that both Rock Green and Rock White have been designed around expansive open green spaces to offer an integrated and sustainable lifestyle.

Rock Green was carefully planned to deliver a luxurious living experience immersed in nature, while maintaining strong connectivity away from the noise of the city. The project spans over 72,000 sqm, with 85% of the total area allocated to landscaped green spaces, providing residents with scenic views and a serene environment.

The project includes a wide range of amenities such as an Olympic walking and jogging track, an open-air gym, social gathering areas, electric vehicle charging stations, dedicated bicycle parking, a grand entrance, a yoga zone, outdoor co-working spaces, quiet reading areas, a large central park, a children’s zone, and a fenced dog park. Rock Green comprises more than 466 residential units, with areas ranging from 116 to 236 sqm, in addition to 40 standalone villas.

Meanwhile, Rock White spans over 110,000 sqm and offers expansive landscape views, with all units overlooking green spaces. More than 90% of the project area is dedicated to open green spaces, roads, and services, including a 7.3-feddan central park, while the built-up area does not exceed 10%. The gated community ensures the highest levels of privacy and security, featuring two main entrances.

“Rock White includes a mix of commercial and leisure areas, sports courts for padel, tennis, and football, children’s zones, a reading café, a home cinema, and co-working spaces, in addition to 24/7 security and maintenance services managed by professional facility management teams,” Doss said. He added that the project is scheduled for delivery in 2028, with all units offered on a fully finished basis.

Doss further stated that the newly launched phases of both flagship projects will be showcased during Rock Expo. Rock White represents total investments of EGP 6bn and offers fully finished units, while Rock Green, with investments reaching EGP 7bn, features units delivered in semi-finished condition.

Rock Developments has officially unveiled its latest real estate project, Rock Green, located in the prime area of New Heliopolis City, with a total investment of EGP 7 billion. Spanning 17 feddans, the project reflects the company’s ambitious 2025 expansion strategy and commitment to creating integrated, sustainable urban communities in Egypt.

The announcement took place during a press conference at Triumph Hotel in New Cairo, attended by the company’s leadership, strategic partners, and prominent media representatives.

Emad Doss, CEO of Rock Developments, emphasized that Rock Green represents a key milestone in the company’s mission to deliver high-quality, fully integrated communities that prioritize green spaces and modern living standards. Over 85% of the project’s area is dedicated to landscaped green spaces, offering residents a tranquil, nature-inspired environment combined with a comprehensive suite of services.

Doss highlighted the project’s exceptional location: just one minute from Suez Road, three minutes from El Shorouk City, seven minutes from Madinaty, 15 minutes from Fifth Settlement, and 30 minutes from Cairo International Airport. It is also adjacent to educational and medical hubs, such as Belvedere School, the International Medical Center, and Royal Hospital.

Rock Green will comprise over 466 residential units ranging from 116 to 236 sqm, alongside 40 private villas. The project will be developed in three phases, with the first phase targeting EGP 1.5 billion in sales.

Engineer Parthena Doss, Board Member of Rock Developments, is overseeing the project’s architectural design, ensuring a modern, environmentally conscious layout that aligns with the company’s vision for sustainable, family-friendly communities.

The project features semi-finished apartments and villas with flexible payment plans extending up to 8 years, with the first phase scheduled for delivery in 2029.
