جنيه في قلب التجمع الخامس، وذلك ضمن خطة توسعية طموحة تعتمد على محفظة

أعلنت شركة Grit Properties خلال مؤتمر صحفي موسع عن بدء تنفيذ مشروع RATIO

كأول مشروع للشركة في السوق المصري، مؤكدة أن المشروع يأتي بالتزامن مع توسع

عمراني ضخم تشهده مصر، خاصة في مناطق شرق القاهرة التي أصبحت مركزًا لجذب

الاستثمارات العقارية عالية القيمة.

وقال المهندس محمد حسن، مؤسس الشركة، إن المرحلة الحالية تقدم فرصًا واعدة
