Alaa Mohdar: “We are always honored to serve Egyptians..We strive for the comfort, of the pilgrims.”

Amid a serene and spiritual atmosphere filled with reverence and tranquility, the five-star Hajj camps — managed by Mutawwif Alaa Mohdar — hosted a series of educational and guidance programs designed to enhance awareness of Hajj rituals and proper pilgrimage etiquette. These efforts were part of a comprehensive service approach that blends physical comfort with spiritual nourishment.

The events included premium hospitality services and a variety of meals, along with organized internal pathways to ease movement and help pilgrims familiarize themselves with the camp’s facilities — contributing to a safe and seamless experience.

One of the most notable features of the day was the series of religious sermons and awareness sessions, which were met with great enthusiasm and engagement from the guests of Allah. Topics addressed included: ethics during crowding, proper manners during Hajj, and important health and religious guidance — all delivered under the supervision of a distinguished group of scholars and preachers.

Alaa Mohdar stated: “We believe that pilgrims seek not only physical comfort but also spiritual nourishment.”
He emphasized that every aspect of the day was carefully curated to provide pilgrims with a complete experience that satisfies the heart before the body, adding, “We are always honored to serve Egyptians… and we strive for the comfort, safety, and happiness of the pilgrims.”

Several pilgrims affirmed that these gatherings left a deep emotional and spiritual impact, reinforcing inner peace and raising awareness about appropriate pilgrim behavior during the sacred rites.
