Future Real Estate EXPO is set to launch a new edition of Future Expo in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 18 to 20 June at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. This new edition follows the remarkable successes of previous sessions, with target sales exceeding EGP 6 billion.
Previous Successes Strengthen the Expo’s Position
Eng. Sameh Fathi, President of Future Expo, stated that the exhibition achieved exceptional results in previous editions for participating companies, both in terms of sales and access to a larger segment of serious clients and investors interested in opportunities within the Egyptian real estate market.
He added that the new edition has already sold more than 50% of its target sales in record time, reflecting the confidence major real estate developers have in the exhibition, particularly due to continuous improvements in regulatory and marketing mechanisms and targeting new segments of Egyptian clients and Arabs residing in Saudi Arabia.

Enhancing the Visitor and Participant Experience
Eng. Fathi emphasized that the company focuses on enhancing both visitor and participant experiences in every edition, whether through expanding marketing campaigns, attracting a more diverse and serious client base, or collaborating with major real estate developers offering strong and varied projects that meet the needs of different clients and investors.
He confirmed that the exhibition aims to welcome more than 6,000 visitors, with expectations of attracting even more under the growing demand for Egyptian real estate as a secure and attractive investment for clients abroad.

Eng. Fathi noted that the continuous success of Future Expo encouraged the company to develop a strong expansion plan this year, including more than 7 real estate exhibitions in several Arab and Gulf markets.
