Yalla Group Limited (“Yalla” or the “Company”) (NYSE: YALA), the largest online social networking and gaming company in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, ending 31 March.
Financial Performance Highlights
Revenue: AED 290.1 million (USD 79.0 million)
Games Service Revenue: AED 111.3 million (USD 30.3 million), representing 38.3% of total revenue
Net Income: AED 104.3 million (USD 28.4 million)
Non-GAAP Net Income: AED 122.3 million (USD 33.3 million) with a net margin of 42.1%
Average Monthly Active Users (MAUs) grew to 48.0 million, a 7.7% increase from 44.6 million in the same period last year, highlighting strong user engagement and platform expansion across the MENA region.
