Home Group Developments has announced the launch of its latest residential project, La Vida Ismailia, in Ismailia City, coinciding with the start of actual construction works. This step reflects the company’s strategy of linking project launches with tangible execution, reinforcing its commitment to serious development and timely delivery.

Chairman: Construction Begins Before Launch to Ensure Credibility

Eng. Anton Gamal, Chairman and CEO of Home Group Developments, stated that La Vida Ismailia represents a natural extension of the company’s accumulated expertise gained over more than 18 years in the Egyptian real estate market.

He explained that the company deliberately chose to commence construction phases prior to the official sales launch, underscoring its development philosophy that prioritizes construction readiness, execution quality, and credibility with clients.

Prime Location in a Key Growth Area of Ismailia

Gamal noted that the project spans 17 acres in one of Ismailia’s most prominent urban growth zones, located in the New District near El-Galaa Buildings and Toyota Ismailia.

La Vida Ismailia is the first fully serviced residential compound of this scale in the city, comprising 76 residential buildings. The project features a low built-up ratio of just 45%, with 55% of the total area allocated to green spaces, internal roads, and swimming pools, significantly enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Spanish-Inspired Design and Integrated Amenities

Designed in a Spanish architectural style, La Vida Ismailia offers a comprehensive set of services and facilities, including:

  • Expansive landscaped green areas

  • Swimming pools

  • 24/7 security and surveillance systems

  • Parking facilities

  • Dedicated children’s play areas

  • A commercial mall

  • A mosque

These features ensure a fully integrated residential community that meets residents’ daily needs within the compound.

Diverse Unit Sizes and Flexible Payment Plans

The project offers a wide range of residential unit sizes to accommodate different preferences. Ground-floor units range from 115 to 170 square meters, while upper-floor units range from 120 to 210 square meters.

Home Group Developments is also offering flexible payment plans, starting with a 25% down payment and the remaining balance payable over 36 months, with unit delivery scheduled within two years.

Construction Underway with Clear Execution Timeline

Gamal confirmed that construction activities have already commenced, including soil testing, site preparation, material procurement, and equipment mobilization. The company has partnered with SPT Engineering and Construction, a contractor with extensive experience in executing large-scale developments.

He added that the construction schedule targets the completion of approximately 30% of the project’s structures within the current year, reflecting Home Group’s seriousness and adherence to announced timelines.

Ismailia Anchors Home Group’s Expansion Strategy

The selection of Ismailia City forms part of a carefully studied expansion strategy aimed at extending Home Group’s expertise to cities with strong growth fundamentals and long-term investment potential.

Gamal concluded by emphasizing that Home Group views real estate development as a comprehensive, end-to-end process, beginning with planning and infrastructure and extending through to execution and final delivery.
