The WestVille Project spans over 21 acres in West Cairo, overlooking Dahshour

Khattab highlighted that the project features balanced urban planning, well-distributed

The buildings consist of a ground floor plus three additional floors, offering units

ranging from 53 to 171 sqm, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2026, with handovers expected within three years.

BINBAZ Developments appointed Raef Fahmy’s office as the project’s architectural consultant.

The firm is renowned for its expertise in architectural design and urban planning,

Khattab revealed that BINBAZ Developments plans to expand into prime investment areas,

including East Cairo and the North Coast, with the goal of launching three flagship

projects over the next five years.
