Carizma launches its first project in Egypt

Carizma Developments has announced the launch of its first project in Egypt’s real estate market,

the Z55 project in New Cairo. The company is launching this project as part of a

promising investment plan totaling EGP 10bn over two year

Mohamed ElSaadany, founder and CEO of Carizma Developments, stated that

the project is a commercial development combining modern design with a smart strategic location

He explained that the company sees a real gap in the design and management

of commercial spaces in the Egyptian market, noted that the company does not

merely build structures but aims to create an integrated experience that reflects

the user’s identity and pays attention to the finest details

ElSaadany added that the new project targets a diverse segment of

entrepreneurs, emerging brands, and large companies seeking spaces that reflect their ambitions

Huge EGP 10bn investment over two years

He pointed out that the company is focusing on building strong partnerships, delivering

smart services, and ensuring efficient management within the project, all of which align

with its core philosophy in real estate development

He disclosed that the company plans to invest over EGP 5bn in a range of commercial

projects in various locations including Fifth Settlement, Sheikh Zayed, and 6th of October.

The company aims to launch its first project for sale within six months, targeting a total

investment volume approaching EGP 10bn over two years

An integrated experience reflecting user identity

He explained that the company was founded in Dubai in 2003, initially specializing in

consulting and training. It later decided to move into real estate development

in the Egyptian market, especially given the competitive advantages of the Egyptian

real estate sector, including strong demand and promising opportunities for serious local and

foreign companies

The Z55 project launch celebration was enlivened by artist Tamer Hosny and

attended by a distinguished gathering of stars and artists, alongside sports

champions and prominent figures from the media and business sectors

The event truly embodied the project’s new slogan, “Zoning Attraction.” Additionally, it was

announced that a new branch of Adam’s Lounge, owned by Tamer Hosny, will open within

Z55 in the Fifth Settlement, building on the tremendous success of its Sheikh Zayed location
