Mass Developments signed a strategic partnership agreement with Inspire Integrated, a company specializing in the management and operation of real estate projects.

The partnership aims to enhance the investment value of Mass Developments’ project, Olin Social District in New Cairo, by achieving the highest levels of operational efficiency and project management in line with international standards.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of senior executives from both companies, including Eng. Atef Monai, Chairman of Mass Developments, and Eng. Mohamed Essam, Executive Director of Inspire Integrated.

Also attending were Ahmed EL- Desouky, Chief Commercial Officer at Mass Developments; Marwan El- Sayyad the Sales Director, Ahmed Essam the Marketing Manager, and the company’s sales sector managers.

The participation of key figures from both entities highlights the strategic importance of this partnership in supporting the company’s expansion and growth plans.

Eng. Atef Monai stated that this partnership aligns with Mass Developments’ vision to enhance the added value of its projects by collaborating with leading specialists in management and operations.

He emphasized that the cooperation with Inspire Integrated represents a significant addition, contributing to improving the quality of services offered within the company’s projects.

He further noted that this collaboration is part of Mass Developments’ broader strategy to enhance the efficiency of its project management, in parallel with its expansion plans for 2025.

He explained that Olin Social District is strategically located on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in the Fifth Settlement, directly opposite El Narges Buildings and Villas, a residential area with a high population density exceeding 350,000 residents.

This prime location reinforces the project’s potential as an integrated commercial and entertainment hub, serving a large number of people and enhancing its chances of success.

He highlighted that Olin Social District is not just an ordinary mall but a fully integrated destination combining retail, entertainment, and essential services.

The project includes a recreational area, commercial units, cafes, restaurants, a fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, a running track, a dedicated Kids area, a governmental hub , a hologram system, and a free high-speed internet network that covers the entire project.

To ensure the highest execution and operational standards, Mass Developments has partnered with ACE Moharam Bakhoum as the project’s executive consultant,

LDP as the engineering consultant, Concept as the construction contractor, and IWG—owner of renowned brands—to provide co-working spaces and virtual office solutions.
