Mansour said that the new project is being developed according to international standards and will be the first of its kind in West Cairo.
Mansour added that the project is strategically located in a prime area of West Cairo, offering significant potential for investment, tourism, and hospitality growth.

He noted that the company is currently working on Elite Park, its latest venture in New Administrative Capital, situated in a highly sought-after location within R8 district.
He further pointed out that the company has completed 40% of the project, showcasing its strong financial position, commitment to timely execution, and a competitive edge for clients who can witness the project’s construction firsthand before committing to a purchase.

He concluded that Capital Elite is working on the development of West 5 Mall project in 6th of October City, located near the 26th of July Axis, the Strip Mall project in New Cairo, and seven projects across Saudi Arabia, covering sectors such as hospitality, residential, and entertainment.
