HPD Developments has officially launched operations in Egypt. This Egyptian-Saudi partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Zamil Group establishes a robust real estate entity, leveraging over 20 years of expertise from its shareholders and founders.

HPD Developments was introduced at a grand event that highlighted the company’s unique strengths, ambitious strategic vision, and extensive expertise. The event showcased the legacy of Zamil Group, a pioneer in the Saudi construction sector since 1920, and drew an audience of prominent business leaders and distinguished figures from various industries.

Sherif El-Domyati, CEO of HPD Developments, highlighted Egypt’s extensive urban renaissance over the past decade, significantly boosting foreign investor interest in the Egyptian market. He attributed this to Egypt’s favorable investment climate and strong government support aimed at driving high economic growth.

El-Domyati noted that the Egyptian real estate market remains highly appealing to foreign investors due to its competitive advantages.

He added, “Given these favorable conditions, HPD Developments has emerged as a strong new entity through a strategic Egyptian-Saudi partnership. The objective is for this company to swiftly secure a prominent position in Egypt’s real estate market, bolstered by its deep expertise, ambitious goals, and solid financial resources.”

El-Domyati highlighted that the company’s first project is a commercial, administrative, and medical mall, developed with a unique concept that sets it apart from competing projects. This uniqueness is driven by its prime location, intelligent design, innovative operation, and management, as well as collaborations with top specialized companies to oversee every detail. From the very beginning, the company has focused on excellence in every aspect, having signed multiple cooperation agreements with key partners to contribute their expertise across various project specialties during the company’s launch event.

He disclosed that the project covers an area of 13,660 sqm and is located along Sadat Axis in New Cairo. The ground floor will be fully dedicated to commercial properties, featuring restaurants, a car showroom, furniture stores, and other businesses that need spacious areas to showcase their products. The rest of the project will be evenly divided between administrative and medical spaces, each with its own separate entrances.

He explained that the new project, which the company is launching, is being developed with an investment of EGP 8bn, and approximately 60% of the project has already been completed—an impressive progress made even before the official launch, reflecting a clear plan and strong financial capacity. Additionally, two underground parking garages have been built. The project is scheduled for delivery in the last quarter of 2026, with the company aiming to complete and deliver it ahead of schedule to its clients.

Furthermore, the distinctive features of this project position it as an ideal real estate offering for international clients seeking lucrative investment opportunities. The company is prioritizing property exports and plans to create real estate products specifically designed for clients outside Egypt.
